人性如此
面對外界，時刻警戒，總是要搞清是什麼狀況，以免踏入險境。
對於內在，較省事的方式是片面、忽略、隱藏以免直接接觸痛苦導致無法承擔。

日子久了，外界越來越清析；內在越來越模糊。
而這情形似乎流傳千年，不曾改變
內在越模糊，需要的刺激就越強烈。
現在科技發達，人手一機，時刻和外界保持連繫。
外在世界連結點很多，但是
內在呢，好像沒變的清析，反而要擔心越難明心見性了。

上篇文章講到沒感覺的可能性及面對的方式
這篇要講的是描述
有時，光是描述就能為內在創造空間，彷彿為了缺氧的空間注入了幾絲新鮮空氣一樣。
我有一次在某種狀況下，寫下的一段文字

我不斷的打開手機，期盼著有人和我聯繫。一再的期盼;不斷的失望。我卻不願放棄，彷彿上了癮，也變成無法自主的機械化行為。我試著描述內心的狀況，就像是某個殘破被用剩的，不怎麼高尚的盒子 我陪伴這景象，一會兒，變成一個不斷練投不願丟出球;更好像是無球可丟的投手一樣…我陪伴了這影象，好像有些感悟又說不清楚。心中變的有空間了。趁機記下。可以去睡了，哈哈

在一個似乎是被某種情緒所驅動的不自由模式，透過描述，解開那執拗及失控。

本次練習
閉上眼睛，試著描述一下內在的狀況。
完全不用合乎邏輯，可以是一個影像，像是一幅潑墨山水或是什麼樣的意像情景或是一種感覺或形狀….。
當完成描述時，花三十秒陪伴這描述，注意它在身體內或周邊的變動狀況，不用加以干預，只是用好奇的心情關注著即可。
