眾所周知的是，如果現在有煩人的事。經過一段時間，可能再也想不起這件事，儘管當時覺得不得了。這是時間的影響。
另外，個人不管多大的事，放大到國家層面;地球或宇宙層面來看，有可能也是微不足道的。這是空間的影響。
在澄心裡，讓空間加大以外，也會變換位置角度，自然對人事物的認知有機會出現不同的視角。而回到當下覺察，陪伴深感，也是提供從現在改變過往視角的機會。

內在空間的加大的意義並不在於實質空間的測量，而在內含及可能性。有些印證了佛家須彌藏芥子；芥子納須彌的味道。

而TAE更提供了主動改變視角位置的步驟，也是威力的工具。
