通常，會找到一位或以上的專家協助，或實體的課程或書本著作的閱讀。
這些大師確實可以很好的指引方向，揭示方法，啟動改變的契機。
這時，發現新天地的喜悅帶來莫大的信心，相信未來美好的前程就掌握在自己的手裡及這些指導裡。

終究，每個人的特質及追求的不盡相同，一段時間，仍會有需要再調整的地方，有耐心及毅力的人，會檢討自己，再更深入的依指導生活、工作。有時甚至放棄原先赖以生存的模式，不幸的掉入無所適從的深淵中。

一般人也可能再去尋求更合適或有用的法門或大師。然後常告訴你，他發現了一個最有用的方法。

修鍊變成追逐或固執都不見得有益。有部份的人提倡終需自求我道。

最終還是要找到心中的大師。

澄心的練習，似乎提供拜訪心中大師之道。

陪伴一下長期以各種形式支持我們的，這些統稱感覺一族的老伙伴們。對待以尊重，陪伴以自由。或靜默傾聽，或共感交融。可以觸動的掉淚;可有發現的竊喜。當他們被陪伴，款待後，在不經意時，會讓開一條路。

沿著那路， 自然能窺見心裡住著那位大師的神彩。
